Danach den Aufkleber mit der Teilenummer entfernen(mit F\u00f6hn erw\u00e4rmen und nachher wieder aufkleben) oder einfach am Zwischenspalt der beiden Geh\u00e4useh\u00e4lften entlang schneiden. Jetzt kann man die 4 Schrauben an der R\u00fcckseite l\u00f6sen und die Geh\u00e4user\u00fcckseite abnehmen. Dazu ist es hilfreich wenn man zu erst die Position der Zeiger sorgf\u00e4ltig markiert. Die Zeiger k\u00f6nnen nicht einfach abgezogen werden! Dazu auf der Unterseite die zwei Metallb\u00fcgel gerade biegen das diese durch den Schlitz passen und das Flachbandkabel vom Display entriegeln. Klingt komisch aber wenn man es sorgf\u00e4ltig macht hat man danach vollwertige blaue Zeiger. Zu erst muss die rote Farbe ab. Dazu verwende ich K400 Schleifpapier und schleife die Zeiger alle ab. Wichtig ist das es eine ebene Fl\u00e4che wird, die Zeiger auf keinen Fall abrunden oder an den Kanten anfasen! Jetzt setzt ihr das Wattest\u00e4bchen hinten am Zeiger an und zieht es \u00fcber den gesamten Zeiger nach vorne. So bekommt man eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfeige Farbschicht auf den Zeiger. Das wiederholt ihr bei allen vier Zeigern. Es m\u00fcssen 4 bis 6 Led&#8217;s getauscht werden, je nach Tachomodel. Zu erst markiert Ihr mit einen wasserfesten Stift Masse der Led&#8217;s auf der Platine damit nachher auch alle richtig gepolt eingel\u00f6tet werden. Die Led&#8217;s haben auf einer Seite eine abgeschr\u00e4gte Ecke, dass ist die Masse-Seite. Nachdem L\u00f6tet Ihr die alten Led&#8217;s aus und die neuen ein.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Blaue Led&#8217;s eignen sich PLCC2 3528 500mcd 470nm.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende Led&#8217;s m\u00fcssen getauscht werden. Alles in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen, dass Flachbandkabel des Bildschirms nicht vergessen und die Zeiger wieder in der gleichen Position aufstecken (es ist nicht die optimalen L\u00f6sung man kann die Position des Zeigers im EEPROM kalibrieren).
